Customer ServiceUnfortunately at this time we cant accept returns. I am just one guy on my own and I simply don't have the functionality to do it!! I know, I know, as a start up, small business venture this is suicide. I should be bending over backwards to try and attract as many customers as possible and to get as much good feedback as possible too. But I just don't know how I can do it!!!
Hopefully one day I can but in the meantime I thank everyone who has already taken the leap of faith and bought from me. So far, so good I've had no complaints and everything has gone well.
Also, I will be able to open up more payment methods once things start to speed up a bit. Once again, thank you for your patience (although PayPal is a pretty sweet way to do business).
